The Company was
established in Lattakia Governorate - Syria in the year 1991 under the
Trade name HR .
-
It is a Jordanian - Syrian
Company , with a paid Capital of two million
Syrian Pounds ( forty thousand US Dollars ), and an actual Capital of
twenty million Syrian Pounds ( four hundred thousand US Dollars) , for
the purpose of working in the
Huge Electrical Enterprises
and Importation of Raw Materials ( Iron,
Timber, ... etc. ) and Exportation of the Syrian Products such as
Fresh Vegetables and Fruits, Canned Food, Cotton Wears and others .
Due to the Reactivation witnessed in the Syrian Economy since the year
1990, and due to the support and facilities the Government offers to
the Exporters, work’s process began to escalate where the Budget of
the year 2000 was closed on 22.2.2001 with a Capital of ninety million
Syrian Pounds (one million eight hundred thousand US Dollars ) .

The Company, which started with a
working staff consisting of five functionaries and three daily
employees, today contains forty five regular functionaries in addition
to tens of daily laborers and porters . Thus, this Company has become
a symbol of success and progress in the whole region .

The reason behind this
success is attributed to the support and facilities the Government
offers to the Private Sector on the one hand, and to the efforts,
experience and devotion of the Company’s Administrative Body presided
by many professional staff of Administrative Board, on the other
hand .
